Prices are based on the scope of work — whether that's the size of your home, length of the job, or type of vehicle. We offer 3 tiers for most services so you can pick the option that fits your needs and budget.
How Deposits Work
When you book, we charge a 20% deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit is applied to your total. The remaining 80% is charged only after the job is completed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy, we'll work to make it right before collecting the balance.
Rescheduling
Need to change your appointment? No problem. You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Just visit your dashboard or contact us and we'll find a new time that works. Same-day reschedules are available when possible but not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment — your deposit is fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit, as our pros have already reserved that time for you. No-shows are charged the full deposit.
Rebooking
Loved your service? Rebook in seconds from your dashboard. Your address, preferences, and details are saved so you can book again with just a couple of taps. Set up recurring services for things like cleaning, lawn care, or pet care.
Our Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a completed service, let us know within 24 hours and we'll send a pro back to make it right at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is how we keep Charlotte coming back.
